Microsoft 365 Support Overview
Our Microsoft 365 Support services are there to help you to get the most out of your Microsoft 365 environment and its integrated platform of applications and our Microsoft 365 support consultants are available to help you maximise the benefits of your plan and make better use of it's features.
We can guide you through the implementation process, provide technical and maintenance support and advice, help your administrators manage your environment, help with policies, configuration, integration, collaborative working and so forth as well as supporting your end users.
So long as it pertains to the operation of your Microsoft 365 environment (within the scope of supporting users and technical administration), we can provide the help you need and at a service level that suits you.
For those who have recently migrated from working with On-Premise Microsoft products to using Microsoft 365, this can be a significant transition for a lot of users and our 365 support service is there to help your departments, teams and your users navigate their way through the change.
You can choose from four different support service levels to best suit the scale of your organisaton and the volume of the support requirement anticipated.
Flexible Microsoft 365 Support Providers
With one of our Microsoft 365 Support packages you have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade at any time so that you can scale and adapt to any changes in the service level you require quickly. And, if you need more on-site support, you can convert remote support hours into on-site support hours with both our Gold and Platinum packages (terms apply). The cost of travel and accommodation within mainland UK is included in your on-site support days and with the Platinum package you are even entitled to one free day of Microsoft 365 training every three months which you can accrue over each 12 month period.
Each support level has a minimum term of six months.
Microsoft 365 Support Exclusions
Support packages exclusively encompass the immediate Microsoft 365 family of products only. Products outside of the immediate circle of this family and which might be considered part of the extended family (such as Azure, Exchange 365, Project Online and others) are not included. Other exclusions include Microsoft 365 Governance, Security, Data Protection and backup which remain the sole responsibility of the client in the absence of any secondary contract. Microsoft 365 Support Packages: Offerings and Agreements
Bronze Microsoft 365 Support: Total Package Cost per month - £3500.00 plus VAT
Included in service agreement:
- Up to 28 hours per month remote support
- Response time to issues no longer than 24 hours
- On-site Support separately chargeable
Silver Microsoft 365 Support: Total Package Cost per month - £4950.00 plus VAT
Included in service agreement:
- Up to 42 hours per month remote support
- Response time to issues no longer than 24 hours
- On-site Support separately chargeable
Gold Microsoft 365 Support: Total Package Cost per Month – £7125.00 plus VAT
Included in service agreement:
- Up to 63 hours per month remote support
- 1 day on-site support per month
- Response time to issues no longer than 24 hours
- Remote support hours can be converted into on-site support hours in blocks of 8 hours (= 1 day) up to a maximum of 4 days per month.
Platinum Microsoft 365 Support: Total Package Cost per Month – £9225.00 plus VAT
Included in service agreement:
- Up to 84 hours per month remote support
- 2 day on-site support per month
- 1 free day of Microsoft 365 training every three months (includes courses from our Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Platform course categories). You can accrue training days over the year up to maximum of four. Free training days expire after 12 months.
- Response time to issues no longer than 24 hours
- Remote support hours can be converted into on-site support hours in blocks of 8 hours (= 1 day) up to a maximum of 4 days per month.
