No previous knowledge of Microsoft Project is required to attend this Level 1 fundamentals course. Learners should be able to navigate their way around Windows and/or the Microsoft 365 environment and have an understanding of opening, closing and saving files and folders.

It covers project planning, starting a project and working with tasks and resources.
